I\'ve seen live footage of PtW playing this song, and during the part where the bass goes --

-- Derek and Ryan fret the third string at the 4th fret and pick *above* the fretted note, while
also hitting the second-string harmonic on the 4th fret. It makes an odd squealing sound.
You can f\' around with that a bit, or play the bass part above with the full open chord (either
way, you should play the palm-muted notes of the part above).
